Polyurethane heavy-duty anti-slip mortar is a four-component colored water-based self-leveling mortar floor coating made of high-performance polyurethane resin as the base material and special cement, graded silica sand and active pigments as aggregates. Excellent impact resistance, damage resistance, chemical resistance and washability; It can withstand heavy loads and has a high anti-slip function.
Base surface treatment:
The treatment of the base concrete is the key to doing a good job with the polyurethane concrete floor. The quality of the floor treatment directly affects the service life of the floor. To enhance the adhesion between the base and the floor, mechanical treatment methods (such as shot blasting) should be adopted to expose the concrete aggregates. The surface of the floor must be grooved, and the depth and width of the groove should be 2 to 3 times the thickness of the polyurethane mortar floor. In particular, grooves should be cut at a distance of 20mm from all the edges (such as trenches, etc.).
Apply the primer:
After the base surface is thoroughly cleaned, mix the SPR-23101P polyurethane universal self-leveling mortar material evenly according to the designed ratio. Then, pour it into a separate bucket and mix it again. Use the troweling method for application. It is necessary to strictly control the filling of each groove and gap. After the material is mixed, apply it continuously with a trowel. This step cannot be stopped and should be completed as soon as possible. To ensure better adhesion of the material. To ensure that the base layer is completely sealed, a polyurethane primer of 1mm is more suitable. Grinding after the primer has cured: After the polyurethane mortar primer has cured, it is necessary to use a grinding machine to grind the rough primer to increase the adhesion between subsequent coatings.
Middle-level sand spreading construction:
After thoroughly mixing the SPR-23101P polyurethane universal self-leveling mortar material in accordance with the designed ratio, pour it into a separate bucket and stir it again. Then, use a rake to evenly spread the material to a certain thickness, and immediately sprinkle quartz sand.
Surface layer construction:
Mix the SPR-23104P polyurethane heavy-duty anti-slip mortar evenly according to the ratio (using a low-speed double-head or spiral blade mixer), pour it into a separate bucket and mix it again. Then, spread the material evenly to a certain thickness with a trowel and level it with a spatula. After the material is well mixed, continue to spread it. This step cannot be stopped and should be completed as soon as possible to ensure a better surface effect and adhesion.
Low-temperature freezer, high-temperature disinfection and washing area, boiling water and hot scald operation room; Frying rooms, slaughtering rooms, processing areas and other areas with oil, water, high temperature and requiring high anti-slip performance; Areas that require pressurized flushing with high-temperature hot water steam.
