This product is a multi-functional self-leveling floor intermediate coating, composed of three components of waterborne epoxy-modified cement-based self-leveling mortar, with a construction thickness of 3 to 5mm. This product not only has excellent physical properties, but also has the function of blocking moisture from the base surface. At the same time, it is a very environmentally friendly green water-based product. It is suitable for damp concrete base surfaces with high moisture content, various building floors with A-level fire protection requirements and green environmental protection requirements.

Substrate treatment:
Clean and grind the concrete base surface to ensure there is no oil stain, sludge, cement block debris or other attachments.

Primer coating:
It can be evenly applied to the base surface by brushing, roller coating, spraying and other processes. The primer application strictly prohibits the scraping of materials.

ECC self-leveling mortar coating:
After stirring, immediately use a trowel to apply the material to the dry surface where the primer has been applied, allowing it to flow naturally and eliminate bubbles.

Primer coating:
Enhance penetration and adhesion;

Topcoat application:
Roller-coated waterborne epoxy resin flat topcoat;

Topcoat coating:
Waterborne polyurethane topcoat can be rolled on according to the usage requirements.

It is mainly applied in workplaces such as screen printing factories, paper product factories, warehouses, parking lots, garment factories, printing factories, toy factories, textile factories, beverage factories, or light production areas. Areas requiring A-level fire protection or places with environmental protection construction requirements.
