Water-based coatings have extremely strong adhesion to damp surfaces and certain moisture-proof properties. They can reduce the phenomenon of paint film bubbling caused by underground moisture and increase the repulsion of the entire floor.
Plain land treatment:
Grind and clean the dust, oil stains and other impurities on the original ground thoroughly.
Moisture-proof primer:
Apply the water-based moisture-proof intermediate coating liquid (1:1 mixed with water) evenly on the ground. When there is no film formation on the surface, apply the moisture-proof intermediate coating.
Moisture-proof intermediate coating:
After thoroughly mixing the water-based moisture-proof intermediate coating liquid and water-based moisture-proof intermediate coating powder in a ratio of 1:4, a trowel can be used for construction. Generally, two coats of moisture-proof intermediate coating are required to achieve the moisture-proof effect.
Grinding and cleaning:
48 hours after the moisture-proof intermediate coating is completed, a grinding machine can be used for surface grinding treatment, and the dust should be cleaned up.
Medium layer:
Apply a coat of waterborne epoxy resin intermediate coating.
Batch coating:
Apply sand or putty to level and ensure the effect of the next process.
Topcoat application:
Roll coating epoxy resin flat topcoat.
Suitable for all damp floors.
