This product is a two-component epoxy resin system with a high solid content. It features excellent hardness, wear resistance and scratch resistance. Various colored colored sands can be added. After being cast and laid on-site as a whole, it can be configured into different styles and patterns according to requirements. It is beautiful, durable and highly decorative.

Substrate treatment:
Grind and clean the ground, ensuring that the base material is dry and free of hollowing.

Primer coating:
Mix the A and B agents of the SPR-11001C solvent-free epoxy resin primer evenly and roll it onto the base surface. Before gelation (within 15 minutes after application), evenly sprinkle 40-60 mesh colored sand on the surface.

Intermediate coating application:
After the primer is dry, mix the SPR-41005CQ epoxy resin sand-pressing topcoat agent A and Agent B evenly, then add 8 to 12 times the graded colored quartz sand and stir it into a uniform mortar. Use a calendering machine to compact the epoxy mortar layer to achieve an initial flatness.

Closed coating:
Mix the SPR-41005CQ epoxy resin sand-pressing topcoat A agent and B agent evenly and then apply it to the epoxy colored sand layer (at least twice) to fill the pores left by the mortar layer and increase the compactness of the coating.
