Concrete colored sealant and hardener floor system

Engineering Characteristics

1. Hardness: After being treated with penetrating sealing hardening materials, the Mohs hardness of the ground will reach 8 to 9, increasing by approximately 45%.

2. Wear resistance: Penetrating sealing hardening materials can solidify various components in concrete into a hard entity, increasing hardness and density. After the ground used for curing, the wear resistance will increase by more than 8 times.

3. Dust-proof: The penetrating sealing hardening material undergoes a chemical reaction with the silicate in the concrete, forming a dust-free and dense whole on the concrete surface, permanently controlling the precipitation of concrete dust from the surface voids.

4. Anti-slip: On ordinary concrete floors, salt and alkali components will leach out from the surface, causing slipping. However, the ground treated with permeable sealing hardening materials is different. It forms a solid and dense whole on the concrete surface, and the salt and alkali components will not leach out from the surface.

5. Compressive strength: The compressive strength of the treated specimens is 25% higher than that of the untreated specimens, and the flexural strength is also improved.

6. Impermeability: Penetrating sealing hardening materials can effectively penetrate into the concrete and undergo chemical reactions with it, locking the pores inside and providing a permanent sealing effect on the concrete surface. This can effectively prevent water, oil and other surface contaminants from entering the concrete.

7. Resistance to weathering: Water spraying has no adverse effect on the treated samples and can effectively prevent the passage of chloride ions. Tests show that the effect of the treated ground will not be affected by exposure to electromagnetic fields or water mist.

8. Corrosion resistance: After the ground is treated with penetrating sealing hardening materials, the corrosion resistance of the concrete will be greatly enhanced.

9. Brightness: After being treated with penetrating sealing hardening materials, the concrete floor will have a marble-like luster, and the luster will get better with longer use.

10. Environmental protection: Penetrating sealing and hardening materials are concrete sealing, dust-proof and wear-resistant hardeners. They are colorless, odorless, non-toxic and non-flammable, which can make concrete firm and dust-proof.

11. Diverse colors: Beautiful and highly decorative. Commonly used colors include: green, red, black, yellow, gray, and blue.

Construction technology

Base surface treatment:
First, thoroughly grind the floor with a grinding disc of 50 to 300 mesh until it feels smooth to the touch. Then, use a vacuum cleaner or other tools to thoroughly clean the dust on the floor to ensure that the floor's capillary pores can fully absorb the material.

Spray materials:
After the surface is completely dry, spray two coats of SPR-37203P dye. After the first coat of dye is applied, wait for 6 to 8 hours for the surface to dry before applying the second coat of dye, with a usage rate of approximately 0.2kg/m ³ (for terrazzo or corundum floors).

Spray wine material:
Use a sprayer to moisten the surface of the SPR-37105Li crystal permeable liquid concrete sealant and hardener. Let it naturally penetrate for 30 to 60 minutes and then cure the ground for 3 to 6 hours.

Spray wine material:
Apply the SPR-37105Li crystal-clear liquid concrete sealant and curing agent evenly on the dried ground with a sprayer and let it penetrate naturally.

Fine polishing:
After 6 to 8 hours of application of SPR-37105Li crystal transparent liquid concrete sealant and hardener, install grinding discs of 500 mesh, 800 mesh, 1000 mesh, 1500 mesh, 2000 mesh and 3000 mesh with a polishing machine for dry polishing (ensure dry grinding during the polishing process and do not operate with water). Finely polish three to four times until the customer's requirements are met. And clean the surface thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner.

Spray alcohol protective agent:
After the ground is clean and dry, spray the alcohol SPR-372070 protective agent at a dosage of approximately 0.05kg/m ³. After it is naturally surface dry (about 6-8 hours), polish it with a 2000-3000 mesh resin grinding disc (ensure dry grinding during the polishing process and do not operate with water), and then it can be used.

Scope of application

1. Environments that require cleanliness, have certain requirements for dust content in the air, but are not suitable for surface coating materials.

2. Any new or old concrete base surfaces, terrazzo, cement-based wear-resistant floors, and cement mortar surface layers with cement as the base material that require hardness, high wear resistance, and high impermeability both indoors and outdoors, such as factories, shopping centers, warehouses, parking lots, service stations, aircraft hangars, freight distribution centers, and other areas.
