Engineering Characteristics

1. It is composed of mineral alloy aggregates with a certain particle size distribution, special cement, other admixtures and additives

2. Evenly spread it on the surface of the concrete in the initial setting stage. After overall curing, it will form a dense whole with the concrete floor.

3. The super-hardened surface layer is a high-performance wear-resistant floor with high compressive strength, impact resistance, wear resistance, high density and colorability, which can completely avoid the problems of bulging and shrinkage cracks that often occur when using a leveling layer.

4. Hardness: After being treated with penetrating sealing hardening materials, the Mohs hardness of the diamond sand floor will reach 8 to 9, increasing by approximately 45%.

5. Dust-proof: The penetrating sealing hardening material undergoes a chemical reaction with the silicate in the concrete, forming a dust-free and dense whole on the surface of the corundum, permanently controlling the precipitation of concrete dust from the surface voids.

6. Anti-slip: For general diamond sand floors, salt and alkali components will leach out from the surface, causing slipping. However, the ground treated with permeable sealing hardening materials is different. It forms a solid and dense whole on the concrete surface, and the salt and alkali components will not leach out from the surface.

7. Compressive strength: The compressive strength of the treated specimens is 25% higher than that of the untreated specimens, and the flexural strength is also improved.

8. Impermeability: The permeable sealing hardening material can effectively penetrate into the diamond sand and undergo a chemical reaction with it, locking the pores inside and providing a permanent sealing effect on the concrete surface. It can effectively prevent water, oil and other surface contaminants from entering the concrete.

9. Resistance to weathering: Ultraviolet rays and water spray have no adverse effects on the treated samples. It can effectively prevent the passage of chloride ions. Tests show that the effect of the treated ground will not be affected by exposure to electromagnetic fields or water mist.

10. Corrosion resistance: After being treated with penetrating sealing hardening materials, the corrosion resistance of the diamond sand floor will be greatly enhanced.

11. Brightness: After being treated with penetrating sealing hardening materials, the diamond sand floor will have a marble-like luster, and the longer it is used, the better the luster.

12. Common colors include: green, red, gray, black and cement color.

Construction technology

Concrete pouring:
The minimum cement content of the base concrete should be 300kg/m ³, the water-cement ratio should be controlled below 0.55, the on-site collapse of the base concrete should be between 75 and 100mm, and the thickness should be at least 5cm.

Hardener corundum layer:
First, scrape and lift the slurry evenly. Then, evenly spread 2/3 of the SR-34108D/SR-34109D diamond sand wear-resistant material to allow the material to fully absorb the moisture in the concrete. Use a trowel to lift the slurry and smooth it out. Finally, evenly spread the remaining 1/3 of the material until it is smooth and finished.

Curing layer:
Spray the curing agent or cure with clean water for 28 days.

Base surface treatment:
First, thoroughly grind the floor with a grinding disc of 50 to 500 mesh until it feels smooth to the touch. Then, use a vacuum cleaner or other tools to thoroughly clean the dust on the floor to ensure that the floor's capillary pores can fully absorb the material.

Spray wine material:
Apply the SPR-37102Na reinforced liquid concrete sealant and hardener one or two times according to the base surface condition until there are crystals on the surface. Let it penetrate naturally for 30 to 60 minutes. Then rinse the floor with clean water and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface impurities thoroughly.

Spray wine material:
Apply the SPR-37101C universal liquid concrete sealant and hardener evenly on the ground with a sprayer. Let it react for about 10 to 30 minutes, then rinse the ground with clean water and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface crystals thoroughly.

Fine polishing:
After the concrete sealant and hardener has been applied for 6 to 8 hours, use a polishing machine with grinding discs of 500 mesh, 800 mesh, 1000 mesh, 1500 mesh, 2000 mesh and 3000 mesh to polish (water polishing can be selected during the polishing process). Finely polish three to four times until the customer's requirements are met, and then clean the surface thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner.

Spray alcohol protective agent:
After the ground is clean and dry, spray the SPR-37207C protective agent with a dosage of approximately 0.05kg/m ³. After it is naturally surface dry (about 6-8 hours), polish it with a 2000-3000 mesh resin grinding disc (ensure dry grinding during the polishing process and do not operate with water), and then it can be used.
