This product is a two-component epoxy resin system with a high solid content. It features excellent hardness, wear resistance and scratch resistance. Various aggregates can be added. After being cast and laid on-site as a whole, it can be configured into different styles and patterns according to requirements. It is beautiful, durable and highly decorative.
Substrate treatment:
Grind and clean the ground, ensuring that the base material is dry and free of hollowing.
Primer coating:
Thoroughly mix the SPR-41002TZ epoxy resin terrazzo primer A agent and B agent in the prescribed ratio, then roll on the primer. After it dries, use the epoxy resin terrazzo primer mixed with quartz sand to make a mortar and apply it by scraping.
Make patterns:
The designed pattern mold is bonded onto the mortar layer with the SPR-41003TZ epoxy resin terrazzo intermediate coating. Then, the well-mixed SPR-41003TZ epoxy resin terrazzo intermediate coating and aggregates are poured into the mold and smoothed out.
Slurry spreading:
Mix the well-mixed SPR-41003TZ epoxy resin terrazzo intermediate coating and aggregates, and pour and spread them as a whole.
Grinding and cleaning:
After curing for 24 hours, use a professional grinding machine to grind the entire surface until it is completely smooth. After cleaning thoroughly, apply the SPR-41003TZ epoxy resin grinding stone intermediate coating to fill the pores, and then grind it with a fine grinding disc until the surface is completely smooth.
Closed mask:
After vacuuming, apply at least two coats of SPR-42104TZ water-based polyurethane topcoat specifically for terrazzo by roller coating to enhance the anti-fouling, density and wear resistance of the coating.
Waxing maintenance:
After curing for 72 hours, apply at least one full coat of water-based liquid floor wax for maintenance.
