Floor cleaning:
Clean and grind the concrete base surface to ensure there is no oil stain, sludge, cement block debris or other attachments. Level the uneven areas, remove hollowing and wash with water.

Interface layer:
Use the SPR-58101C non-vibration anti-slip ramp material liquid agent (mix it evenly with water at a ratio of 1:1), and apply it evenly on the base layer with a roller or sprayer to form an interface layer.

Ground floor construction:
First, mix SPR-58101C non-vibrating anti-slip ramp material liquid agent and SPR-58102D non-vibrating anti-slip ramp material powder agent in a ratio of 1:4.5, stir evenly, and then apply it to the interface layer (generally the base layer is yellow).

Paste the dividing line:
Mark the lines as per the design requirements and stick on the adhesive tape. The commonly used colors are a yellow base layer and a green surface layer. The width of the yellow base layer is 12 centimeters, and that of the green surface layer is 30 centimeters, with an obtuse Angle of approximately 150 degrees.

Surface layer construction:
First, mix SPR-58101C non-vibrating anti-slip ramp material liquid agent and SPR-58102D non-vibrating anti-slip ramp material powder agent in a ratio of 1:5, stir evenly, and then apply it to the base layer (generally the surface layer is green).

Clear the site:
Clear away the excess materials to keep the ground clean and free from contamination.

Curing layer:
Apply the SPR-58101C non-vibrating anti-slip ramp material liquid agent (mix it evenly with water at a ratio of 1:1) evenly on the product surface with a roller to maintain the finished product.

It is applicable to areas with special anti-slip requirements such as road intersections, bicycle lanes, bus lanes, car ramps, pedestrian passages in residential areas, slopes, and road surfaces, as well as beautification areas.
